March 1st is the priority deadline, however, rolling admissions will be considered based on grade level availability.
How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in applying to Hualalai Academy. To apply to our school please follow these simple steps:
- Print out a copy of the Application for Admission.
- Fill it in and attach a photo.
- Once the application is completed, and you have attached a copy of your child's birth certificate, mail it with a $50 non-refundable application fee to:

What the application process includes:
- Completion of Application for Admission (with copy of birth certificate)
- Payment of $50 Application Fee
- School Records Release Form
- School-in-Session Visit (recommended)
- Teacher Reference Report(s)
- Admissions Assessment/Student Interview
- Notification of Acceptance
- Financial Aid Application (optional)
